Q: Are you accepting new patients?
A: Yes — we are welcoming new patients and families. Same-week appointments are usually available.
Q: Do you serve patients from Scarborough North / Richmond Hill / North York?
A: Absolutely. Patients from nearby cities often choose us because of our convenient location and weekend hours. We are less than 10–15 minutes from Scarborough North and Richmond Hill.

Q: Do you treat dental emergencies?
A: Yes — we provide same-day emergency dental care for urgent situations including pain, swelling, broken teeth, and infections. Please call us immediately and we will arrange the fastest available appointment.
Q: What should I do if I have severe tooth pain or throbbing pain?
A: Tooth pain can be a sign of infection or nerve damage. Do not wait — call us right away for emergency assessment. We can provide immediate relief options such as antibiotics, root canal treatment, or urgent care.
Q: What should I do if my tooth is chipped, cracked or broken?
A: Avoid chewing on that side and call us urgently. Bring any broken pieces if available. We may repair the tooth with bonding, a crown, or extraction if severely damaged.
Q: What should I do if my face is swollen or gum is infected?
A: Facial swelling can indicate a serious infection and requires same-day emergency care. Call us immediately.

You remain awake and conscious during treatment, and the effects wear off quickly after the procedure.
Q: Is Nitrous Oxide safe for children?
A: Yes — Nitrous Oxide is considered very safe for children when administered by trained dental professionals. It is commonly used in pediatric dentistry to help kids feel calm and reduce anxiety during cleanings, fillings, or other procedures. The sedation level is adjustable, and the gas is eliminated from the body within minutes after the mask is removed, allowing children to return to normal activities shortly after.
